1. Involvement and trust

During the creation process, we like to be closely involved (through try-outs, check-in moments, feedback on things that are going well and difficult, advice, ...), depending on your needs. We offer continuous support and are present at pitches, festivals and networking moments, both nationally and internationally. Sometimes we accompany you on tour. We do this not only to network, but also to sample the atmosphere at festivals and to experience the various aspects of the performance, such as set-up and take-down. This way, we get a full picture of what we are distrubting. Our cooperation, which runs over several seasons, we evaluate annually.

 2. Communication

We take care of communication about the production, from the start of the collaboration, ideally as soon as possible. This includes online communication (via the website and newsletter), promotion on social media and in personal conversations. We like to start this as soon as possible, ideally from the start of our collaboration. For this, we need sufficient communication material. We will send you a template to make it easier for you to deliver this. Every season, we include your production in the online sales brochure that is always published the previous year in October. This brochure is distributed in three languages. The Dutch version is specifically aimed at Belgian and Dutch venues. The timing of Belgian and foreign festival is somewhat different. Here too, it is important that we receive enough information about your project in time, the earlier we can communicate the better. We also guide you in communicating with partners and in the run-up to the premiere. We do not do press work.

3. Touring and planning

Touring does not happen without essential planning. From October onwards, we work specifically on dates for the following season and possibly one or two further seasons, depending on the timing of the premiere and expectations. Playing dates are fixed in advance and we estimate a possible touring schedule. That way, we know what to expect over the next two seasons. We work with an efficient scheduling system that allows us to request your availabilities, fix a tour, and gives you access to all playing and contact information via both the website and the app on your phone.

4. Negotiation, contractualisation and logistics

We handle the distribution from initial interest to the signed contract (for which we have templates). Together we determine fee, transport cost, accommodation and meals. We then negotiate and conclude these with the organisation. The contract is concluded between the company (you) and the organisation, with us acting as facilitator. We provide the technical conditions (and will obviously not book an indoor performance as a street performance, for example), the logistical, administrative (copyright, invoicing, insurance, etc.) and production tasks are in the hands of the company. The communication part is also largely followed up by the company:  we provide a detailed communication sheet to the organiser (for e.g. the brochure/poster/programme booklet), specific in-depth questions for interviews and the like and follow-ups are further handled by the company itself.

Curious for more? Contact us with your specific question, as much concrete information as possible about your production (artistic dossier, timing, budget, etc.) and your availability for a possible meeting.
